yep worked out where it was, there was a small problem becuase at one stage I could not even add products as it was disabled in the code, and then the fields were read only. All working now
You'll need to fully open the Product record's window to see the Convert option under the Actions menu. If you select it from the List View of Products it will not be in the More Actions toolbar menu.

As this option is available for existing Product records try checking the Product entity form Onload event for code that hides this option.
