    HI Vineeth,

    Equipment no can be found in svc00300 Table.

    But the link to this table is through svc00200 (Item no) table

    svc00200.srvrectype=svc00202.srvrectype and svc00200.callnbr=svc00202.callnbr

    svc00202.itemnmbr=svc00300.itemnmbr and svc00202.equipid=svc00300.equipId

    The SVC00300V is a SQL View with about 9 columns in it. Depending on the what info you want from the equipment record, it may be what you need. Either one will work and is the same data.

    Hi Vineet.

    To link a service call (SVC00200) to an equipment record (SVC00300) you will need the SVC00202 table.

    Join SVC00200 -> SVC00202 on CALLNBR, then SVC00202 -> SVC00300 on EQUIPID.

    hi BABU,

    thanks for your  suggestion.

    i tried with these table but there is no Equipment number information column. i found SERLNMBR column which hold the same value as Equipment number. but as table description this is Serial number.

    so now the question is, are both same or its different from each other. if it is then how to find Equipment number column .

    thanks

    Hi Vineet,

    Have you tried SVC00202 - Service Call Equipment and SVC00300 - Serial Master - Equipment Master
