I would like to allow my users to send email from Dynamics 365, yet have encountered some issues in doing so. I have set my server profile as the Office 365 Exchange server, selected server-side sync/email router for incoming/outgoing messages, and approved user emails. I am a global administrator.
When I go to Test & Enable the mailbox, users can send emails as expected, however, this triggers a resync of the user's mailbox, resulting in a massive influx of old email that generates new Cases and headaches all around for our support team.
My question is if it is possible to enable user mailboxes for sending messages, without synchronizing the mailboxes OR only sync emails received after enabling the mailbox.
