How do you change the source for box #1 in the W2 (it should be getting the Federal Wages but instead our system is getting the Gross Wages).

GP pulls the Gross Wages from the Employee Summary window into Box 1. This has been coded like this for several versions of GP. If you are not on the latest version of GP, I would recommend that you install the latest update available. Do you have a customization or ISV that may have altered how the W-2 is being populated?
