unable to attach quotation on purchase requisition level in D365 F&O

Gents,

unable to attach the quotation on purchase requisition in D365 F&O, once I click attach button, window is popping whereas I suppose to upload the file through click the new button but new button is disable, please guide me to enable the new button so that I can upload the file.

Hi Sheikh Faisall,

Are you able to add attachments in any other form - vendors, purchase orders etc.? Also, are there any other users who are able to add attachments?

Please check if document management has been setup properly. Navigation: Organization administration > Document management.
