After the installation of CRM 2016, when openning Outlook, there is no pop-up windows asking for a CRM server to connect. OK, let's use the CRM Configuration Wizard. Works perfectly, connected and synced. Here the major problem, still no trace of CRM in Outlook !!!
In the COM components, I can see one inactive CRM component, even if we activate it, nothing happens. No CRM ribbon, no CRM in the File Menu, nothing.
Any idea about this ?
