Can someone tell what is the best approach to create an application that has multiple tabs each for one respective Azure SQL table? Need to combine all tables and create a single master view.
Then all the tables should have the flexibility to edit in a single edit form but need to maintain separate tables at the backend SQL Server. Require guidance to know what is the best suitable platform ( Canvas Apps / Model-Driven Apps / Dynamics Applications ) to develop this application.
