We are sending mail to users on specific requirement and when the user clicks on that link it will login to crm and takes him to taht particular entity record based on the url sent to him.
Now the problem is when the user is accessing this url from mobile.The form is not properly displayefd for him on the browser.
Im thinking to implement a mobile form which will be used extensivly when the user i accseing the url from mobile.
1.I want to know is there a way how to identify the Mobile form and Main form through plugin code ?
2.Also thinking whether i can provide two urls on the mail
Desktop:Desktop URL
Mobile :Mobile URL.
The problem in 2nd solution how can i identify in the plugin code whether its a desktop form or mbile form.Any ideas on this ?
