Receive E-Mails for CRM 365 from Lotus Notes via ServersideSync (POP3)

Hello together,

we use a domino server for our email handling.

Now we use a CRM 365 on premise environment as well and have to send and receive emails via the serverside synchronization (POP3).

We already tried to create a server profil and a mailbox to receive emails directly from a user postbox.

The next try was to receive emails from our old forwarder mailbox from CRM 2011 without success.

The sending of email runs perfectly.

Do you have experience about serverside sync with Lotus Notes and CRM 365. I know this scenario is unsupported from Microsoft but we have currently no other choice. But POP3 should usual work.

Thanks for helping us.

René

    Hi Rene,

Did you ever figure this one out? I am currently investigating the same thing of trying to get Lotus Notes working with D365. Anything you figured out would be helpful.
