pay card operation can not perform offline

Dear Experts,

I am trying to perform pay card operation from POS in offline mode,

When I click on pay card then system giving error Real Time service failed, can we perform this operation with out real time service or with out calling HQ

HI Muhammad,

Thank you for contacting Microsoft Community.

This is the current flow of the architecture with Payment, the payments flows rely on TS(Transaction Service) to download so called Merchant Properties – that is a set of settings and secrets required for a payment flow to work, they are not stored in channel DB, only in AX in encrypted form.

Current implementation of RS loads them from AX DB by leveraging TS, therefore if Retail Server cannot communicate to TS then payment flow will not work.
