Last week, I did Windows 10 upgrade. Till now, I am unable to open Outlook 2016 mailbox.

However, I have found a solution i.e. Stellar Phoenix Outlook PST Repair software, but it is not a freeware.

I haven’t faced this problem after Windows 10 upgrade. As I assume, users should follow guidelines carefully during upgrade from old operating system to new Windows 10.

    Hello KevinMitchell ,

Please share references of guidelines. I am planning to switch from Windows 8.1 to Windows 10 OS.

Did you try creating a new profile for the user in question?  Could be several things like a corrupt OST or PST but I would try going to Mail under control panel and setup a new profile.

have you also tried to repair MS-Office in add/remove programs?

Those would be my first 2 trieds
