D 365 Talent -Attract there are some features which says Need Comprehensive Add on What does that mean/

In D 365 Talent -Attract there are some features mentioned in the documentation that you need comprehensive add on. I couldn't locate any additional way to download the add on and the search results didn't return any result. Any suggestions?

Example

Position management is available with the Comprehensive Hiring Add-on.

Template creation is part of the Comprehensive Hiring Add-on for Attract.

Hi,

that add-on is a license you need to buy. There are 3 tiers available. all details are in the below guide.

mbs.microsoft.com/.../Dynamics365LicensingGuide.pdf

these tiers represent the number of targeted employees (candidates) to enter the hiring process
