Dynamics GP imports empty and clear budgets to excel .

Hello All,

I have a case which is when I try to import budgets from Dynamics GP to excel, it creates an excel file , draw the layout but no information , no accounts number or amount?

I have read something before about that, like checking some files..etc but can’t find that post.

Any ideas are appreciated.
