Did you find a solution for this?

We have the same problem, and CRM side looks right, the business central cds integration user has all the permissions which needed.

    Hi,

You need to consult with you admin to provide the required permission

A call to Microsoft.Dynamics.Nav.CrmCustomizationHelper.CrmHelper.InsertOptionSetMetadata failed with this message: SecLib::CheckPrivilege failed. Hi, it looks like the permissions in the CRM are missing.

    Here is a similar example:

As for what permissions are missing, sorry I'm not sure. But it may have something to do with the following feature being enabled.

    https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/dynamics365-release-plan/2022wave1/smb/dynamics365-business-central/map-dataverse-option-sets-such-as-payment-terms-freight-terms-shipping-agents-without-code

Hopefully other experts can give you better advice.

    Thanks.
