How to configure a Power Automate Flow to send an email to Team Members associated to the Queue when an Opportunity has been added to their queue using Microsoft Data verse in D365 CE

Hi,

You can check below article to send email to members of team

community.dynamics.com/.../ms-power-automate-flow-send-an-email-to-dynamic-multiple-email-recipients-all-members-of-a-team-in-dynamics-365-ce

But you will have fetch Team from queue

Hi Bipin,

Thank you for the solution above however I was requesting a solution to walk me through creating a Power Automate flow from scratch.

The aim is, when an Opportunity record is added to an Queue, at that point an email to trigger and send an email to the team that owns the queue to say "Hi you have a record assigned to your queue, please go into your queue"

Could you assist with the above?

Hi,

Add trigger in your flow as below image

Now add check condition to check if object type is opportunity

If yes

Then Add get row by I'd action to fetch Team column value based on Queue guid

You should try from yourself
