Service contract with multiple Ship-to Addresses

Hi,

When creating a service contract, does anybody know if it is possible to add multiple lines with different ship to codes?

IE - We have a contract with Customer A, but we want the shipments to go to different addresses depending on the item on the service contract.

From what I can see, BC wants you to create one contract per customer - Ship to relationship and even filters the items you can add based on this (see below page filters when trying to select an item on a contract with a different ship to)

Any guidance would be appreciated :) Thanks

Hi, As far as I know, this can't be done, and as on the order, it's one-to-one. You can modify it after it is partially posted, but you can't add a new one.
If you really need it, you can contact a partner to consider customizing it.

    Hope this helps.

    Thanks.

In a Service Contract for a customer with no ship-to assigned, take the Prepare option, then the Select Contract Lines option.
The list will show you all Service Items that do not have a ship-to assigned.

If you right click on the Ship-To Code heading it will display a menu and if you select Clear Filter it will then show you all Service Items for the customer regardless of Ship-to.

You can then select one or more Service Items to add to the Contract.  For each Service Item with a ship-to you will get a warning message, hit Yes and the line will be added to the contract.
