How to link all existing FRx reports to newly created company in Great Plains?
I need to run existing FRx reports for additional two companies that I just have created in Great Plains.

First, add the new companies to FRx (FRx>>Company>>New Company). Then log into the company and run the reports. if the new companies' chart of accounts is the same as the existing companies, they should run just fine.
If you are doing any consolidations, once you have the companies added as new companies, then you can use the drop downs in the trees and add them into your trees. If you have any companies that are in your columns once you have the companies in your trees, you can refer to the tree that was being used in the report and add additional columns to your report for these new companies and then point to the tree so that the column will now reflect that information.
BTW, you can always look at the setup of the existing companies to see what you need to put into the information when you are adding to FRx.
