Can the project lookup feature in SL and/or BP be restricted on the time entry screen to only show the projects the employee has been assigned to?

Yes, you need to deselect the option on the Project Maintenance screen for "Available for All Employees to Charge", and then add the eligible Employees to the Project Employee Maintenance screen for that project.

We've done that, but that still allows the projects to show on the lookup in SL and BP. If you select a non assigned project then you do get an error but we would simply like the picklist to ONLY show assigned projects. Is there a way to do this?
I was mistaken. We made that change on the project maintenance but not in the project employee maintenance. Thanks for your help.
