Dev Environment - Visual Studio ?

Hello,

I am on the job form.
I want to test my code or create new code from scratch, to test against the fields in the form.

What is the easier way to go about doing it. Do I just test it on the production environment or do I use visual studio to do it, and if so visual studio doesn’t have forms, how can I test it as if I am testing on the job form ?

The best way for you to test you custom code is by having a sandbox (test) organization. Then you might want to deploy your custom plug-ins/workflow assemblies to this sandbox organization and test them out. The same applies for custom JavaScript code or any custom components.
