
Can somebody give me the actual status of the development of the App for Outlook regarding the tracking of contacts from Outlook? I have installed the app with a customer - for Microsoft Dynamics 365 online 9.1. The synchronization from CRM back into Outlook for contacts works perfect - but I cannot figure out how a contact entered in Outlook can be tracked into CRM. (This works all right for mails and appointments).
Is it Simply not possible to track contacts with the app for outlook yet?
Would be greatful for a Reply.
