Fixed Exchange Rate - Retail

Hi all. I want to ask about the fixed rate field on the retail tab in the vendor master. How does the fixed rate affect transactions? Isn't the fixed exchange rate taken from the general ledger setup?

Hi Anna,

Please check this doc:

docs.microsoft.com/.../dual-currency

It is for D365, but might be the same for AX2012.

Hi Anna,

just found out that these fields are not doing anything in AX2012 versions. It was only recently added to D365 as per link I sent earlier.
