Ribbon button not able to click and redirect to URL if the user is not system administrator

Hi,

I am having an issue at the moment where a ribbon button is able to click and redirect to specific url if the user has a different security role than /system administrator/. if user has /system administrator/ the functionality working as expected. This rule has not been implemented in neither Ribbon workbench or the javascript code. Does any one face same problem, any tips is appreciated!

I am not checking any specific security role condition. All user with any security role should able to click on button button. I have not done any specific configuration.

but only admin security role able to click button. I am not able to understand why?
