Will force resetting an environment in Dynamics Business Central clear a table lock?

full production environment reset. did not work.
 
Table has been locked for a day, user sessions have been ended, error persists.

    This is obviously a code problem. It is recommended to uninstall all third-party extension and try again.
    In addition, there is a more thorough method than restarting, which is to delete the environment and then restore it.

    Hello,
     
    Restarting the environment will clear the database lock but will not stop it from happening again.
    You should identify where the issue is coming from and resolve from there.
