I have a problem with adding a file without extension in attachment email. I understand that i have a blocked list of extension in SYSTEM configuration but any extension not match with this case. Anyone who knows about an workaround of this or i lose something in configuration.

The file without extension can't be added to the attachment of email in CRM, which is by-design.
But i found that it can be added into the note.
So you maybe add 'timeline' control to the Email form. From the "Timeline", you can add a Note to a email.
Go To Settings > Customizations > Customize the system > Entities > Email > Forms to open one form.
Navigate to 'Insert' tab and add timeline.
