How to run .exe with Businnes Centrel 19.2 OnPremise ?

Hello,

We are migrating our code from NAV 2018 to BC 19.2. We used to launch a home-made statistics module in .exe from NAV, is it still possible to do so from Business Central On Premise (19.2) ?

Thank you for your answer. Is it the only way ? It seems pretty brutal to modify a user Registry Editor just to launch an .exe. Can't we use a dotnet to de that ? Or use the BC application instead of a browser ?

This is the common way to add .exe with BC.
