There is a need to generate a report from D365 for the auditors that lists all the customisations implemented.
Is there a report that can show this info??

You used the abbreviation D365fo in your title, so I do assume this is related to Finance and Operations. There is no report in Dynamics 365 itself. Actually, when creating customization, I do assume you are using DevOps for source control and backlogs with work items. From DevOps, you are able to get the details about what has been customized. In Dynamics 365 F&O, you can look at version details to check which versions of each model are installed.
