I need to delete some logs off audit history to save some storage space
How can i view all the logs and select some to delete which are no longer required?

from UI, you can delete the whole partition (Setting >> Auditing >> Audit Log management) in order to recover storage space.

Currently is not possible to delete audit logs on a entity level.

Deletion on audit log can happen only for the oldest record and it doesn't even allow you to choose which record or which entities.
So usually customer have a data retention policy - and it if of 3 year then you can safely delete record before that.
Now coming to other way of saving space - you can always delete the attachment(move it to SharePoint), plugin log, etc.
