Customer Account Statement

In the Customer form under Miscellaneous details I have Account statement = Never (on some customers) and when I generate the Customer Account Statement I got 4 statements for customers that were marked as Never. Does this functionality work?

    Thanks Ludwig. I did review this post previously. It doesn't specifically address the 'Never' option. I was hoping for input from anyone that has used this selection and whether it actually works.

    Good Morning,

    From what I know and experienced, the field only serves as a filter criteria that can be used when you run the report.

    There does not seem to be a specific functionality attached to it that would automatically ensure or prevent the creation of the statement reports unless defined in the report filter.

    Thanks Ludwig. That answers my question. It certainly would be nice if there was some logic behind the Never designation.
