Hey Everyone!

We currently have an old server here that we have installed Server 2012 x64, SQL 2012 x64, and GP 2013 on. Installation went well. Client App works fine. Web Client install did not present with any errors either, however it is not functioning correctly. Each time we launch the web client we can log into the site. Log into GP and select a company, however when the page begins to load "Applying Personal Settings" is displayed and the website presents with an error in the status notification in the bottom right. Event viewer gives the following:

GP Session Central Service and GP Session Services are running.

I have disabled DEP and the firewall on the machine just for testing, but no luck so far.

Any ideas?

Thanks for using the Community boards, Stephen!

This is a known issue. Server 2012 x64 will not work for that build of GP WebClient. Please stick with the supported Windows Servero 2008 R2 SP1 OS.

    Thanks!

Hi Grant! Thank you for the quick reply. My company is currently in the testing phase for new software as our upgrade is scheduled for December 12th. Do you know if the final release will support Server 2012 x64?

    Thanks for your help!

    No problem Stephen.

I would expect it to support 2012 x64.

    Thanks!
