Hi, I'm trying to update all the email addresses for our vendors, and it would be helpful, if I could see a list with all the vendors and the email addresses if there is one, in that way i could see what has been done.

the output that I need is the vendor ID, and the email address, located in the remit to/vedor addess maintenance/Internet information window.

Look at the SY01200 company table. This contains the internet information for entities such as vendors, customers and such per address code. Hope this helps.

hi, not all of the addresses, just the remit to email address.

Also, do you have SmartList Builder or SmartList Designer? I don't think there is an OOB SmartList that would give you what you are looking for but I could be wrong. You would probably need to use one of these products and build it yourself. I have a SQL view that would give you your data but from there you would need to build a SmartList that uses this SQL view.

Do you need to see all email address for all address codes for your vendors? Vendors can have many address codes which can then have many INET information records (i.e. email addresses and such).
