Hello,

I am trying to assign Compensation plan to a hourly worker.
I am getting an error message of (Field 'Pay rate' must be filled in) when I am assigning step plan to hourly employee even, I have configured compensation structure, compensation grids and levels.

Hi,
In my test environment, compensation can be created normally. Can you check whether the compensation plan, compensation grid and level are configured correctly according to the official documentation?
I provide you with the screenshots of my normal creation, you can check it against them.

At this moment, 1 client is facing this issue (in a new environment since beginning of May).

Installed product version : 10.0.46 (10.0.2428.169)Installed platform version : Update70 (7.0.7778.104)

Did you done any changes recently or it's not working from the beginning and also could you please confirm do you have any customization for this?

Do you have the same issue with other environments. if not, please double check your configuration or setup.
