I don't know why I am not able to reply to your post and thats reason created new post.
Please Delete following steps: Let all user log out from GP
SELECT * FROM DYNAMICS..ACTIVITY
SELECT * FROM DYNAMICS..SY00800
SELECT * FROM DYNAMICS..SY00801
SELECT * FROM TEMPDB..DEX_LOCK
SELECT * FROM TEMPDB..DEX_SESSION
If you still have problem is problem with specific user?
Can you please check in ODBC setting 'Perform Transalation for character Data' is marked or not ? If Marked 'Clear' it.
