Requirement is to display Sharepoint Document grid in Dynamics 365 iFrame. Any updates from Sharepoint folder must be reflected and should allow user to upload document from Dynamics 365 iFrame.

Rather than using an iframe - have you tried using the standard documents integration?

This will show a SharePoint folder agains a specific record - although it is not supported to have this directly on the form - it appears under related records
