New product category that has not been update in puchase requisition lines

Hello,
 
I crated a whole new purchase catalog and new procurement catégory. My issue is that some PR that were created before the new category and were validated, now im tryning to create PO from PR but it says it is not link to any procurement category. When i go to my PR i can see that my lines are still linked to the previous procurement category, so it was not updated. THe problem is that when the PR is approved i can not modify or update the line.
 
Why is the procurmeent category not updated in my PR lines for the PR that were created before the update of the procurement category ? How can I update it globally ?

    Try updating the new procurement category in Purchasing policy >> Category access rule.

    yes i have done that. Some Pr that i created before this setup stil have the previous category, it does not update.

    Did you remember to associate your category with  a category hierarchy type under the "Category hierarchy role associations"?
     
    (just tried to create a new category and it came out fine on a PR.)

    Hello, i created a new category hierarchy and deactivated the previous one. 
     
    "Did you delete categories linked to existing purchase requisitions?" ==> I didnt do anything.

    Hi Pierre,

    Can you tell me what you mean by 'a whole new purchase catalog and new procurement category'? Did you delete categories linked to existing purchase requisitions?
