My RMS POS and HQ keep freezing right after when HQ Client connection is done

Hi, I wanted to setup HQ Client sync more often so I set the sync time to every hour but when HQ Client make connection to the server, it receive some data and upload data as well. Right after when connection is done, Store POS is freezing and also HQ Manager as well.

How do I fix this issue? My current setting were only connecting to HQ early in the morning and disconnect all day till the store close and reconnect after store close.

HELP HERE!!!!

    Hi - what version of Windows are you using?  What version of RMS and HQ (and have you applied all the service packs)?

    Hi Kevin,

    Windows Version: Windows 7 Pro 64bit

    MS SQL Version: MS SQL Server Express 2005 - 9.00.2047.00 (Intel X86)

    RMS SO/HQ Client Version: 2.0.2002

    All Service packs are installed through CU5 with Hotfix#60

    Looks like everything is up to date. If no other programs are having network connectivity issues then I would suggest contacting your Microsoft Dynamics RMS Partner for help. If you do not have a Microsoft Dynamics RMS Partner, our support number is 888-267-7483.
