Hi all,

I have created a power automate to pull leave request data from d365 HR to PSA. Integration was running fine but for past 1 month the flow fails and prompts a error " Object reference not set to an instance of an object" in the action where I create record into PSA

 Can someone suggest a solution to sort out this error in power automate

Thanks in advance

I have the same question (0)

    Hi Rusty,

    Did you try to create a manual entry in the system. Is it working?

    Hi Rusty,

    Can you share a bit more about your Flow and the action settings in Power Automate?

    Hi Andre,

    I am using common data service connector for both fetching record from Talent prod and to insert record into CRM prod, the error occurs in the insert a record action into CRM instance production. The integration was working fine till November and recently for past 10 days this integration is failing daily becoz of below mentioned error

    "status": 400,

     "message": "Object reference not set to an instance of an object.",

     "error": {

       "message": "Object reference not set to an instance of an object."

     },

     "source": "prod",

     "errors": [],

     "debugInfo": "clientRequestId: xxx"

    }

    Thanks,

    Rusty

    Hi Parag,

    Since the issue is in production we didn't manually try to insert records.

    Is there any way to know why this issue is caused and reason for this ?

    Thanks,

    Hi Rusty,

    There should be something changed. Can you find out if someone changed configurations or did install updates on one of the related environments (HR, CRM or Power Automate)?
