I'm trying to setup a loyalty scheme where the customer can only redeem once they hit 2500 points. Once they have reached 2500 points they can redeem 2500 for $25. Let's say they have earned 3000 points and they want to redeem their loyalty points, then that mean the system will convert 2500 to $25 and the customer still has 500 points left over on their account. However, my setup is not working. This is what I have in my loyalty scheme.
I logged into mPOS and made several sales where the customer have earned over the 2500 points threshold. When I went to pay using the loyalty points I get this error on the mPOS.
"the loyalty payment amount exceeds what is allowed for this loyalty card"
