After selecting Mark Complete on the Phone Call form it goes back to either the Call view or Account from, based on how you got to that Phone Call. Is there a way to prevent that and stay on that now completed Phone Call?
Is there any workflow which is opening the calls?
I faced the same issue. Check your configs on Phone calls.

Rather than selecting "Mark Complete", you can use "Close Phone Call" button. This will close the call as completed and you can stay on the same page. The compromise is one additional click.
