Why Price on a Resource?

Hi:

On the Resource Card, why is there a "Unit Price"?  I understand "Unit Cost".  But, why would you have a "price"?  Are you able to somehow bill for the resource?

Thanks!

John

    HI,

You can sell resources on sales orders and also as part of jobs, on job planning lines.

    Hello John,

Resources can indeed be "sold" on a Sales Order. Choose Resource as the Line Type to select the Resource to sell.

Here's some Microsoft training resources on the subject:

    Regards,

    Brian
