Payment journal record shows duplication entries on form in AX 2012 R3
Hi Venkatesh,
Are there any customizations on this form? Are the duplicate records from the same company or is it showing records from other companies?
Workflow is active on journals approval ones entry is created.
duplicate records from same company.
How did you create those journals with the same numbers?
Did you somehow upload them or did users enter the numbers manually?

As i guess this is view issue because i check in LedgerJournalTable , there is only one entry created no duplication.
On form view i find the all records duplication. same date same time just like shadow copy.
Users created the entries. Number sequence is active for journals.
In LedgerJournalTable i can see only one record . but on form view its appear like this. i try to reset form personalize settings but same.
Is this affecting a single user only or do all of your accountants see this 'duplication'?
Just now i checked that, this is affecting for all accountants as well my administrator user also.
If i navigate through common--payment journals i find duplication.
but if i navigate from Journals- payment journal there is no duplication.
This is a known issue and there is a hotfix available. Check on LCS issue search for the details:
