We are undertaking quite a large data import. We have exported all the required data from our previous CRM solution and are now using the Templates for Data Import and Data Maps to bring the data into CRM Online.
The problem we are experiencing is that some fields are not being presented in the Templates for Data Import. There seems to be no reasoning as to what is missing from the XML file. We have a series of almost identical fields all created at the same time (some weeks ago) and it seems random ones are missing from the template.
Is there any reason why fields would be missing?
