    Hi Gopal,

Have you confirmed that the path of the xppil folder is the correct one as regarding to your AOS?

Yes XppIL folder is correct regarding AOS,

Does the service account of the AX AOS have full control on the folder?

    is the folder located at:

    C:\Program Files\Microsoft Dynamics AX\60\Server\<<name of AOS>>\bin\XppIL?

Does the folder have the following subfolders with correct security:

    AppShare

    source

    temp

    xml

    ?

Yes the Path is same and AOS name is "MicrosoftDynamicsAX"

Oly "AppShare" Sub-folder is generating after Compilation

the sub-folder "source, temp and xml" has not Generated after Compilation

and even .dll file not Generated.

there is a table call SysXppAssembly on model data base.

Take a back up of model db or that table first, Turn Aos OFF

Truncate this table and restart and generate CIL.This might help

Temp folder isn't necessary. if it isn't there don't worry about it.
