Where is this form Personalize set or disabled?

I in the form, right-click anywhere in the form and select Personalize But the Personalize form dose not show Where is this form Personalize set or disabled?

Hi DaLianAxNewbieJJP,

Have you access to this function via "Options" tab?

If not, like Judy mentioned, please navigate to System administration > Setup > Personalization > User setting and check if the personalization is activated for the user.

Hi DaLianAxNewbieJJP ,

There is an option in System administration > Setup > Personalization>Users where you can enable or disable personalization down to the individual user.
