Our HR Director would like to quickly review and edit changes without having to generate the 1095-C form for each employee. Is there an audit report that list the coverage codes for each employee for the data listed on the 1095-C? If there is not and I need to create a smartlist myself is upr10111 the correct table to create such a report?

Without using a 3rd party, your best bet would be to view and modify via SQL, from what I've heard. Below are the two tables I believe you should be concerned with.
UPR00904 - uprMstrDependentACA
UPR00905 - uprMstrEmployeeACA
