My company has been sending some marketing materials via quick campaigns from Dynamics CRM. Included in the marketing emails is an unsubscribe button which sends an email to the service queue which we use to send out the marketing email. In theory clicking that unsubscribe button should also toggle the "Do not send bulk email" option for that contact, though that doesn't always seem to work out. I have enabled the option to have an unsubscribe acknowledgment email sent when the unsubscribe email is received and I am using an out of the box generic email template that basically says thank you, you are unsubscribed. However my email address is the one that is sending that email and I need to change that to the service account email.
