    Hi Furqan Majeed,

if you are only looking for an easy solution to hide the hierarchy symbol in the views, using a different view control could be the solution you are looking for.
To activate a different out of the box view control, open the classic editor, and navigate to the entity (account / contact ) where you do not want the hierarchical symbol to be shown.

Click on the Controls tab of the entity and add a different control.

Clicking on "Add Control" will open a pop up dialog where you can navigate through all available / installed controls and after selecting one you need to click on "Add"

Possible views, that are not showing the Hierarchy symbol are "(Preview) Power App grid control", or "Editable Grid". You can add more than one control to the entity. Then mark the control to be used as primary visualization by activating the check boxes for web, phone and tablet.

    Save and publish your changes.

Back in your model driven app, you need to refresh the browser and then the new view should be displayed. You can easily switch between the activated controls.

In the above screenshot, the new Preview view is activated, without showing hierarchy symbol.
If you do not find a suitable default control, you can import a pcf grid control.

    Hope this helps.

    Best regards,
    Joergen
