Changing access type in CRM for existing user from Admin to Read-Write : possible or not?

Hi all,

I added a couple of users and accidently picked 'Administrative' access type instead of Read-Write permissions. I now can't find out how to change this and there is no way to delete users and re-add them. Please advise if this is possible in CRM 2013 On-Premise.

Thanks

    Hi Colin,

Why you don't just change the Access Type, go to the users, and then check the Administration Tab, change from Read Write to Administrative.

There is no way you can delete user, you can only enable or disable it.

    Thanks.

Thanks Aileen, I was remotely connecting to a CRM session and didnt see the 'Administration' and 'Details' tabs because the screen resolution was so poor :)

    Hello ,

Thank you for your post .

It was due to display settings you were not able to change the Access mode to Read write.
