I'm trying to intergrate SMS into Field Service want to be able to SMS customers and SMS techs and setup auto booking confirmations via SMS as well.

    Hi Partner，
    Maybe you can try to use the following apps provided in the Microsoft AppSource.
    They can essentially send and receive SMS messages in dynamics and store them as records, as well as automate actions in conjunction with workflows or flows.
    1)TxtSync Dynamics SMS Integration
    2)Dynamica SMS Integration
    3)SMS Integration for Dynamics 365
    You can choose any of the above solutions according to your needs.
    Also,the Customer Portal settings in Field Service link directly to the default Power Automate flows for email and SMS.
