Item warrenty

I sell items with a warranty, for example the first 3 years if there is a problem, I have to answer the customer next business day.
Three years later I’ll call the customer and offer him an extension of the warranty.
I would like to handle all items that were sent to customers and handle their warranty level.
Any Ideas?

    You can add some custom fields to mark the warranty information of the item, such as the warranty period, warranty level, etc. You can refer to this official documentation: Create and work with custom fields - Finance & Operations | Dynamics 365 | Microsoft LearnWhile there's an extensive set of fields out-of-the-box for managing a broad range of business processes, sometimes there's a need for a company to track additional information in the system. While programmers can be used to add those fields as extensions in the developer tools, the custom fields feature allows fields to be added directly from the user interface, allowing you to tailor the application to fit your business using your web browser.

    Hi,
    I'm also not quite sure what specific item you're referring to? Warranty terms that can be connected to assets or asset types can be set in the asset module of supply chain management.
