We're testing the Avalara Dynamics 365 CRM application and have run into a possible issue. We're seeing that when sales tax is calculated, in a quote or order, a write in product line called, Avalara Tax Calculated, is created charging the correct sales tax. The sales tax amount also appears in the Total Tax field located in both the quote and order entities. If I delete the Avalra Tax Calculated line item, the Total Tax field is brought back to $0. Is there a way I can suppress the Avalara write in product line so that the sales tax only appears in the form header Total Tax field?

You will probably need to go to Avalara support for this as it looks specific to their custom application.
